From the bathroom floor to paradise..

An interesting thing happened in my own advanced training session recently. 

We went back to June 2025, when I was lying on the bathroom floor unable to move, broken, my body had just given up, and I got to sit with her, with that version of me, and tell her it would all be okay.

I told her she would find this tool, Belief Coding, and she would learn how to say no, and she would learn where all those patterns of overwhelm came from. 

She would sell her house, which is unbelievable really considering how much she loves it, and she would be running her business and living full time travelling.

This is hard to believe because it’s a dream she hardly even mentioned back then, I smiled because things would be far better than she could ever have imagined.

I thanked her for the strength she finds to get through those dark days when she can’t see a way out, and I was so grateful for her because without that breakdown happening, this dream in paradise would never have happened.

I thanked for being brave and choosing her even when no one was looking.

And then I cried.

Because that’s the work we do. We go back and release the emotional charge from those past events, those moments that felt like the end, and we see them differently, and when that charge is gone, when you can sit with the version of you who was broken and thank her instead of abandoning her, everything shifts. 

Not because the past changes, but because you do, and your body finally feels safe enough to let it go and move forward.
