I know what it feels like to look capable on the outside and know something is not right on the inside.

For over two decades I worked in the corporate world coaching and leading teams, holding space for people to finally say what they had never been able to say out loud. I was good at it. And somewhere along the way I was slowly losing myself in it.

Until my body said no.

That breakdown became the breakthrough. I found Belief Coding, went through the process myself, and everything shifted. I became accredited, left the corporate world behind, and stepped into the work I was always here to do. I combine my coaching experience with the powerful tool of belief coding.

I have over 22 years of experience working in a person centred, trauma informed way. I am also a Mental Health First Aider. But more than any of that, I am someone who has done this work from the inside out.

Now I travel the world with my family. Life feels like mine.

I help people who know there is more available for them in life. Through coaching, deep questioning and Belief Coding® I help them clear the beliefs that have been quietly shaping what feels possible, so they can fall in love with their life. Aligned in their relationships, their work, their purpose and their freedom
