This includes information about your mental health history, current mental health support, and current emotional wellbeing. This data is collected solely to ensure we can support you appropriately and safely during sessions. It is stored securely within Systeme.io and is accessible only to Elaine Palmer. This data is treated with the highest level of confidentiality and will never be shared with third parties. If you answer yes to questions relating to current suicidal thoughts, you will be contacted directly by Elaine Palmer before your attendance is confirmed, to ensure you have appropriate support in place.
