8 Week Immersion

Client Agreement & Terms

1. Scope of Work

The Calm, Clarity & Creation Immersion consists of twelve consecutive weeks of private 1:1 coaching and belief work delivered via Zoom.

This container is designed to support sustained identity shift, belief recalibration, and nervous system stabilisation over time.

Sessions may include structured belief clearing, integration work, nervous system regulation, and applied expansion aligned with your agreed focus.

This is coaching and belief work. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment.

2. Structure and Session Length

The Immersion includes one session per week for twelve weeks at a pre agreed time.

Sessions are approximately 90 to 120 minutes in duration.

Where deeper clearing or integration requires extended time, sessions may run longer at the discretion of Elaine Palmer.

All sessions must be completed within the twelve week timeframe unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Focus of the Container

This Immersion supports transformation across a defined theme or direction agreed prior to commencement.

While goals may evolve during the twelve weeks, the overall container focus remains aligned with the agreed direction.

4. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and integration
• Outcomes vary from person to person
• Progress is influenced by your engagement and willingness to apply the work between sessions
• You agree to participate honestly and responsibly

5. Mental Health Disclaimer

This Immersion is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.

By enrolling, you confirm that you are emotionally stable and not currently in crisis.

If you are under the care of a mental health professional, you agree to continue that support.

If at any stage it becomes clear that this work is not appropriate for your current mental health needs, the Immersion may be paused or terminated at Elaine Palmer’s discretion.

6. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

7. Recording

Sessions may be recorded and provided to you for personal use only.

Recordings must not be shared, distributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

8. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment confirms your place in the Immersion.

Due to the depth and duration of this container and the limited number of clients held at one time, all payments are non refundable once the Immersion has commenced.

If a payment plan is agreed:

• You remain responsible for completing all instalments
• Missed payments may result in suspension of sessions
• The full balance remains payable

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours notice may be forfeited.

Repeated cancellations or non attendance may result in termination of the Immersion without refund.

Rescheduled sessions must occur within the twelve week timeframe unless otherwise agreed.

10. Communication Between Sessions

Communication between sessions is limited to what has been agreed at enrolment.

This container does not include unlimited daily access unless explicitly stated in writing.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice.

In the event of termination by the client, no refunds will be issued for sessions already paid for.

In the event of termination by Elaine Palmer due to breach of agreement, inappropriate conduct, or unsuitability for the container, unused sessions may be refunded at discretion.

12. Intellectual Property

All materials, frameworks, processes, and session content remain the intellectual property of Elaine Palmer and The Lighthouse Hub.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elaine Palmer and The Lighthouse Hub are not liable for any decisions, actions, financial outcomes, or consequences arising from participation in this Immersion.

Agreement

By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined above.
